These terms apply to every use of the ADO E-Bike dealer portal. Your dealer agreement with ADO E-Bike and our general terms of sale continue to apply to orders and deliveries.
Access
The portal is only for authorised dealers, chain stores and their employees. Each account is personal. Do not share your login details and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
Confidential information
Prices, stock information, documents, manuals and product updates in the portal are confidential and may only be used for your cooperation with ADO E-Bike. Do not pass them on to third parties or consumers unless we allow it.
Orders
Orders placed in the portal are binding once confirmed by ADO E-Bike. Stock information is indicative and can change.
Correct information
You make sure that your business details, contact persons and delivery addresses are correct and up to date.
Proper use
Do not misuse the portal, for example by trying to access data of other dealers, disrupting the service or uploading harmful content.
Availability
We do our best to keep the portal available and correct, but cannot guarantee it is always available or free of errors. Our liability is limited as set out in the dealer agreement.
Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you log in.
Applicable law
German law applies. Courts in Düsseldorf have jurisdiction, unless the dealer agreement states otherwise.
